Job Profile
Assistant Engineer
Report to: Engineering Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Investigate and resolve product defects, equipment malfunctions, and mold failures during encapsulation processes to improve product yield and production efficiency
2.Responsible for conduct trial runs, parameter setup for new molds, optimize mold structures, process parameters, maintain process stability and oversee prototype encapsulation.
3.Collaborate with R&D engineers and project managers to track progress of new relay prototypes
4.Update and maintain encapsulation-related documentation; assist engineers in project execution and critical issue resolution
5.Support other departments in addressing quality issues; participate in 5S initiatives for encapsulation processes
6.Complete tasks assigned by department leadership
Qualification:
1. Preference for candidates familiar with Shouken encapsulation machines, Daewoo vertical injection molding machines and post-encapsulation equipment
2. Proficiency in office software; strong report writing skills
3. Excellent problem analysis/resolution skills, accountability, proactive attitude, and effective communication
4. Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
5. Ability to comprehend basic English technical documents.
6. Work carefully, can work under pressure

职位说明书
汇报对象：工程部经理
工作职责：
1.负责生产线封装成型过程中，产品缺陷、设备、模具故障分析处理，提升产品良率及生产效率。
2.负责前期新模具的试模、调试、工艺参数制定，后期模具结构、工艺参数优化及制程稳定性维护，封装样品试制工作。
3.协助开发工程师和项目经理，跟踪继电器产品新样品的进度。
4.负责封装工序相关的文件更新维护，协助工程师进行项目、重大问题的跟进、处理。
5.协助其它部门处理相关质量问题，协助封装工序的5S工作。
6.完成部门领导分配的相关工作。
任职要求：
1.熟悉首肯封装机、大宇立式注塑机及封装后道相关设备的操作者优先。
2.熟悉办公软件的操作，良好的报告编写能力。
3.具有良好的问题分析、解决能力，有责任心、工作主动性强。具备良好的与他人沟通的技巧。
4.大专或同等学历。
5.能看懂简单英文。
